Special Yearling (2,1)

1st        Beasley’s Wansleydale Amaretto. What a lovely youngster. Full of character, (a little naughty). Well proportioned head, dark eye and well set ears. A long neck into well laid shoulders, level top line, deep chest and loin. Well muscled rear with a good turn of stifel, correct tailset. Well developed bone and neat feet.  Moves well, true with drive. Her flowing movement and ease of gait won BOB

 

Limit (4,3)
1st        Ridsdill’s Koolunga Maggie May.  Pleasing lady, good shape, shorter in body than the youngster. Feminine through a well proportioned head, good length of neck flows into a level top line. Well sprung ribs and deep chest, good bone and feet.  Deep through loin to a well angulated rear.  Still moves well. RBOB

 

 

German Shorthaired Pointer

 

Special Yearling (1,0)

1st        Stammer’s Deena Ballettanzer at Lochpointer.  What a handful this very nice 23mth B is. Gave her handler and runner a hard time but with naughtiness comes attitude and presence. Scores well all through, lovely head and eye, good shape and size and all in proportion. Strong neck flows into her withers then on to a well-muscled loin and rear. Excels in forehand with super fore chest, well laid shoulders and straight front. Deep well sprung ribs back to a firm loin. Moderately angled, well-muscled rear that when she concentrates she uses to good effect on the move showing effortless reach and drive.  BOB & Gundog Group 3

 


Hungarian Vizsla

 

Special Yearling (2,0). Two very raw youngsters.

1st        Joyce’s Ranchstar Vyvyan. 17mth D. preferred his shape to 2nd. Pleasing head with nice eye. Short strong neck to a well-made forehand, good bone and neat feet. A little lean throughout but well-muscled. Nice angles to the rear and moves well with lovely drive. BOB

2nd       Delf’s Broadsedge Amber 21mth, taller and rangier than 1. Pleasing head and lovely eyes. Good through neck and shoulders, top line ok and tail set high.  Long rear legs with good turn of stifle. Moved well.

1st        Joyce’s Ranchstar Alice Tinker. 7yr B.  Feminine with pleasing head although I would like a broader muzzle. Well-made front, ribs reach to elbow and well sprung. Good top line, slight rise over loin which is well tucked up. Good tail set. Well-muscled and moves with good drive. RBOB

1st        White’s Paduan Sunny Disposition.  What a sweetie. 13mth B, lovely lean head of good shape and proportions, dark eye. Correct length of neck, well laid shoulders. A little narrow through the front, good depth of chest and a lovely top line. Steady on the move, a little close at the moment coming and going but lovely in profile.

 

Post Graduate (3,0) Three very nice specimens, very close class
1st        Lewis & Levene’s Glenlaine Squirrel Nutkin at Valasarch. 22mth. Love his head, long and lean, not too broad and set on a well-muscled elegant neck. Super front, straight with well laid shoulders & lovely deep chest. Gentle slope to top line and good tail set. Well-turned stifle, good bone and feet. Moves with reach and drive. RBOB

2nd       Turner’s Glennlokhen Bruichladdich.Just 22mths and giving his handler a hard time today. Pleasing head, a little shorter and broader than 1. Well-made front, good depth of rib, correct top line and nicely angled rear. Moved well if a little close at times.

3rd       White’s Swiftlark First Desire at Paduan

1st        Lewis & Levene’s Bardonhill Ginger Nut at Valasarch. 3yr D. Just loved this boy’s outline, super shape with a gentle slope to the top line. Nice head with lovely eyes, good length of neck flowing into well laid shoulders. Good fore chest and correct depth and spring of rib. Short loin to a well angled and well-muscled rear. Pushed hard in the challenge but his slightly cleaner movement and super driving action won the day. BOB

1st        Ram’s Dacan Sharp Spear. 16mth D. A raw upstanding young man. Pleasing head and eye, good neck. Nice fore chest and straight front. Good bone with neat feet. Deep chest, well tucked up loin to a well angled rear. Moved well with drive.

2nd       Mason’s Nosam Never say Never Again at Kiswahli.  11mth D. Really liked this young man on the stand for his shape and size. Lovely head and eyes. Good through neck and shoulders, chest needs to drop and front needs to tighten. Correct top line and good depth through loin. Super rear angles. Moved with drive but front end not as clean as 1 in the class. BP

1st        Brooksmith’s Sh Ch Medogold Kiss N’Tell JW ShCM. 3yr Feminine B with flowing lines, super head and eye, long well-muscled neck flows into a super front assembly with well laid shoulders, lovely fore chest, deep well sprung ribs, short deep loin and a well angled, well-muscled rear. Lovely feet. Super mover, true with correct front movement and ground covering drive. BOB & Gundog Group 2

2nd       Roberts’ Fanmatrix Oh What a Night. 4yrB. Built on heavier lines than 1 but presenting a pleasing overall shape. Excellent front with good bone and neat feet, level top line, deep well sprung ribs and short deep loin. Another with lovely rear angles and easy ground covering movement. RBOB

1st        Mahon & Newton’s Curabullo New York Jet ShCM 4yr Black D. What a lovely boy. Super outline, masculine head of good breadth, dark eye and intelligent expression. Well-muscled neck, straight front and neat feet. Well-made front with good lay of shoulder, nice fore chest and correct depth and spring of rib. Level top line, deep through loin to a well-muscled rear. Super mover.  BOB

2nd       Hurrell’s Bellacurlies Hamilton Merc. 3yr Liver D. Nice shape to head, short strong neck, well laid shoulders and lovely fore chest.  Well sprung ribs and very deep brisket. Nice depth of loin. Dropping behind the withers on the stand today which spoilt his top line. Gave his handler a hard time on the move. RBOB

1st        Bright’s Hopevalley Morning Twister. 7mth D. Full of promise and full of mischief. Masculine boy, not big but lots of substance and lovely bone. Well shaped head with dark eye and a naughty expression. Well made front with well laid shoulders, good depth and spring of rib, short loin to a well angled rear. Once he settled he moved well, improved in the group and even more so in BIS. BP, Puppy Group 1 and Best Puppy in Show.

1st        Beeson’s Esined Pandora Just 12 mths. Nice youngster of good shape. Loved her head, good length with dark eye. Lovely front assembly with well laid shoulders, good fore chest and deep chest. Nice bone and neat feet. Level top line, short loin and well angled rear. Steady and true on the move with drive. Super forehand with good fore chest, deep, well sprung ribs. Slight slope to top line, well set and carried tail and in full coat. Super front assembly with good fore chest, well laid shoulders, deep well sprung ribs. Level top line to a well-made rear. Covers the ground well on the move, true with reach and drive. Super head and neck into well laid shoulders over deep, well sprung ribs. Short coupling with level top line and a well-made rear. Another lovely mover with reach and drive.

2nd       Whitham’s Arrifana Athena. 7yr Black B of nice shape and proportions. Lovely feminine head and dark eye. Super forequarters, level top line, spring and depth of rib. A little lazy in the move today.

1st        Olner & Harrison’s Schonhund Show La Diva Loca. 2yr B. Lovely B. Feminine head of good length, long muscular neck into well-muscled forequarters. Well laid shoulders, deep brisket to elbows, straight front and neat feet. Level top line to correct tail set. Moderate angles to her well-muscled rear. Super mover, effortless, free flowing covering the ground with reach and drive. BOB. Made the most of the larger group ring to win Gundog Group 1.

1st        Olner & Harrison’s Schonhund Showsabatical. 4yr B. mature with a lovely head. Well-made front with well laid shoulders and deep chest. Ribbed back to short muscular loin. Well angled rear which she tends to straighten on the stand that spoils her top line which is level on the move. Moves with ease showing reach and drive. RBOB

Good head with an inquisitive expression, well-made forequarters with well laid shoulders, good fore chest & deep ribs. Level top line through to a well angled rear. Lovely white coat. His length of leg allows him to move freely with reach and drive. BAVNSC

.  11mth B who’s brother won BPIB today.  Really liked this girl, super head with nice eyes, clean lines all through. Lovely neck and shoulders, Brisket to elbow and correct spring of rib. Nice fore chest. Level top line to a deep muscular loin and a super rear end. Lovely to go over and a joy to watch move. Pity she wasn’t in the breed classes.

1st      Reville & Taylor’s Julita Rhubettte – Welsh Springer Spaniel. Super 13mth B, typey of good shape and correct proportions. Lovely head to well-made fore hand. Correctly angled rear and a super little mover. One to watch.

1st      Wildman’s Reemif Midnight Blue for Chabmalo – Spaniel (Cocker). 2yr D. Happy young man, with a lovely outline. Super head, masculine with good stop and dark eye. Well-made fore hand with fore chest. Correct spring of rib and depth of chest. Level top line. Super mover with good reach and drive.

2nd     Wallace & Levene’s Pendarlow Tiana – English Springer Spaniel. 2yr B. Another for good size and shape. Soft feminine head of good proportions. Lovely shoulders and fore chest, good bone and feet. Straight top line to a muscular, well angled rear. Another super mover.  Close decision between the 2.
